Our team has taken measures to stay on top of getting certified in CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation) is an emergency lifesaving procedure performed when the heart stops beating. Immediate CPR can double or triple chances of survival after cardiac arrest – per the American Heart Association (AHA).
The AHA develops science-based CPR guidelines, and is the leader in first aid. In cases of emergency to aid a victim it is necessary to have certification and knowledge of what steps to take to keep someone stable until trained medical staff arrives to take over.
At McCullough’s Tree Service, SAFETY is our number ONE priority because it HAS to be. We work in a hazardous environment and our employees are our most important resource. Our primary goal at the beginning of each day is that our employees go home without injury. Accidents are caused by people and the best way to prevent accidents is to “educate and communicate.”
Work can be conducted safely with low risk of injury • Qualified workers • Proper tools and equipment • Technically correct practices and procedures.
We completed our First Aid and CPR training through the Zanesville Fire Department. (Pictured training with the “dummies” are Troy Muth closest and Rich Germann.)
