Our Arborists are educated in arboriculture, the art and science of planting, caring for and maintaining trees. At McCullough’s Tree Service, our arborists are dedicated and passionate professional tree care consultants who receive continuous education, instruction, and certification in the latest arborist techniques and equipment.
Our Certified Arborists
Offering expertise in tree inventory analysis, risk assessment, tree management planning, risk mitigation and construction management. We will diagnose any problems and make recommendations based upon years of experience. A tree service estimate is provided at no charge.

The International Society of Arboriculture (ISA) created a certified arborists program to ensure a high standard of professionalism in the tree care industry. This voluntary educational program improves the technical competency of participating tree care personnel.

Wess McCullough
I am an ISA certified arborist, ISA Board member and a member of the finance and certification committees, with 25 years experience in the tree care industry. I have a beautiful wife and 4 children who are the light of my life. I am a proud Veteran, serving 9 years with the United States Marine Corps. I am a graduate of The Ohio State University and enjoy watching OSU football. I am an active member of the North Terrace Church of Christ. My hobbies include: Golf, hunting, fishing, running, bike riding and hanging out with my kids.
Randy Ruggles
I am a certified arborist with 20 years experience in the green industry. I take a genuine interest in caring for trees, and working with clients to ensure their trees are assets and a source of pride for their properties. I love the challenge of meeting client's goals for their landscape, while doing what's best for their trees. I graduated from The Ohio State University and am a huge Buckeye fan. I enjoy playing golf and softball and coaching my sons youth baseball teams.
Bryan Smith
I am an ISA Certified Arborist. I have been in the green industry for more than 10 years. Our company proudly does everything from Detailed Pruning to Insect and Disease identification. I enjoy spending my free time doing things to better my life and the people around me. Some of my hobbies include weight lifting, any sporting activity and watching movies. One of my main goals as a Certified Arborist is to further educate people on the importance of trees in our life and better ways to take care of them.
Rich Germann
I am a climbing arborist serving in the tree service industry for over 11 years. I am a perfectionist in my profession and enjoy building relationships with our clients. I pride myself in a job well done from the first contact until the last limb is removed. In my personal life, I enjoy home, family time and watching sci-fi and action movies. Skiing in the mountains, a weekend cabin trip or a beach vacation are among my favorite getaways. I look forward to meeting all your tree service needs in the central Ohio area and beyond.
