If you “borrow” any recipe, this would be the one! It’s the easiest recipe to put together, and there is NOT much labor involved in the least. I borrowed it as well. This addictive dish is called Chicken Bacon Ranch Crack. No, I did not make up the name. I presume it was so-named from how addictive it is to eat!

This crack chicken has to be one of our all time favorites. It takes just 5 minutes of prep time and the recipe can easily be doubled or tripled to feed a crowd. Simply throw the ingredients in the crock pot and come back later to a delicious meal.

How do you make Chicken Bacon Ranch Crack?

This crack chicken has just 5 ingredients – boneless skinless chicken breasts, ranch powder, and cream cheese, shredded cheese and real bacon bits. Everything goes into the slow cooker and simmers away until the chicken is tender enough to shred into bite sized pieces. You may be tempted to add some liquid to your Chicken Bacon Ranch Crack, but additional liquid is not necessary because the chicken will release juices as it cooks.

How do you eat Chicken Bacon Ranch Crack?

There are so many different ways to eat Chicken Bacon Ranch Crack; it’s great in the following preparations

  • Piled onto buns
  • Served over pasta
  • As a pizza topping
  • In lettuce wraps
  • In a casserole

The most common way to eat Chicken Bacon Ranch Crack is in sandwich form. Try to share with your friends please, although you’ll want to eat it all yourself!
